HAND FULL OF NUTS

Hmm, healthy snacks? Well in my book you can´t go wrong with a hand full of nuts…

Pros: I felt so blessed and spoilt on my birthday and my training is going really well.

Cons: F*ing mosquito bites, it looks like I have some freaking disease on my arm.

I feel so blessed, and I really appreciate everyone taking the time to wish me happy Birthday! I also got completely spoilt by my family… And my man knows that you cannot go wrong with a present in an orange box! Thank´s to my family for being too good to me! I also got this amazing white dress from the Oreb´s which I can´t wait to wear.

SWEATY BETTY

I´m back on the 6-12-25 program and this means that I´m sweaty betty at the gym.

I love it though, the feeling of being completely drenched in sweat. It  makes you feel like you could simply not have trained harder.

SUNDAY BY THE POOL

Yesterday was spent by the pool for a few hours. Of course I had my cheat meal as well!!! Now off to work, hopefully today will be the day when I really get things organised for the upcoming events in July and August. I just have to pitch it well today…

GRAND OPENING – SLEEK

LAST NIGHT WAS THE GRAND OPENING OF SLEEK NIGHT CLUB

I worked the beginning of the night with Millie and then I danced my ass off at this amazing establishment. It is really such a cool VIP club, I don´t think I have seen anything like it. I cannot wait for all the BIG DJ´s to come out this summer. If you haven´t booked your summer holiday yet, I would recommend Marbella. I´m loving this place!

Swedish Plate

Went to  IKEA to look at some stuff for the restaurant we´re opening down here. My brother, Rebecca and I couldn´t resist to stop by the café where they serve swedish food. Sure, I wouldn´t have mind some swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes and lingonberry jam, but the smoked salmon with root vegetable salad really hit the spot.

Perfect summer lunch!

LOVE PANINI FOOD

Just like I crave Madam Char Char in Sydney I crave the food from Panini when I get back to Stockholm. My friend Mia and I had lunch in the sun the other day and I had this amazing salmon salad. I want to start to get a bit more creative with my food and add pomegranate, dried fruit and seeds to my salads. Yum!

NEW IN

Got two new crop tops from Gina Tricot when I was in Stockholm. They are a really god fit and I got them for such a good price!

I highly recommend!

BACK TO BASICS

Ladies how´s your squatting form looking? Something like this?

My new objective: To progress with perfect form to avoid injuries. My goal is to NOT increase the load before I can do the weight clean with perfect form (like the image above). Thank´s to C,B and F Oreb for the inspiration and reminding me of how important this is!

Back to Basics

1. Dynamic stretching before squat session (see images above).

2. Proper warm up, I do one set of bodyweight as well as lighter weights before getting into the heavier weights.

3. Progress with perfect form, If I can’t keep the form perfect it means that I have to drop the weight.
