Ladies how´s your squatting form looking? Something like this?
My new objective: To progress with perfect form to avoid injuries. My goal is to NOT increase the load before I can do the weight clean with perfect form (like the image above). Thank´s to C,B and F Oreb for the inspiration and reminding me of how important this is!

Back to Basics
1. Dynamic stretching before squat session (see images above).
2. Proper warm up, I do one set of bodyweight as well as lighter weights before getting into the heavier weights.
3. Progress with perfect form, If I can’t keep the form perfect it means that I have to drop the weight.
